How long have you been in business?
I opened in Little Rock under an LLC (Best Associates, LLC) in January of 2001. I incorporated under a new name (BizTek Connection, Inc.) in August 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide proactive, managed IT (Information Technology) services to small businesses in Central Arkansas. We support computers, including servers, desktop, notebook and tablets for small businesses ranging from 5 - 100 employees. We offer support for all the technology that the average small business need in order to run their businesses (printers, routers, switches, firewalls, gateway devices, etc.). In short, we do what we do so our clients can do what they do without the hassles of non-performing/under-performing computers/servers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the IT businesses for 30 plus years now and entered the field when I found I had a natural aptitude for all things technology. I initially opened one of the small long distance telephone resellers in the early 80's when Ma Bell was divested by the courts to break up a monopoly.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am, and have been, a small business owner for all of my adult life. I understand the specific needs of small business owners and I understand the technology used in those small businesses. I also understand that just because a new technology is available, it may not be the best decision for a given small business owner. I not only evaluate the current technology trends but I also look at the specific needs/goals of my clients to make sure that the technology used in their business is the right "stuff" for them. I never recommend more than they need, but I never recommend less.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have one location, located near the Big Rock Interchange in Little Rock, AR. I am currently looking to expand to other states.

We are 1.5 blocks south of the intersection of Financial Parkway and Shackleford Road. We are immediately south of the Regions Bank building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check and Credit/Debit Cards.
Which areas do you service?
Although we support predominately central Arkansas, we have clients with offices all over the state of Arkansas and we support the entire state of Arkansas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
BizTek Connection, Inc. is a privately held corporation owned exclusively by Roger and Judy Best.
What are your hours of operation?
Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 5:30. We are available after hour and on weekend as needed to support our clients.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
