How long have you been in business?
Home Helpers has been serving older adults in Little Rock and central Arkansas for close to a decade.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is in Making Life Easier for older adults and their families. Our employee caregivers serve as though serving a family member. Our administrative staff closely supervises with a goal of exceeding expectations. We're honored and humbled to play a role in empowering older adults to maintain as much independence as possible in the setting of their choice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
To us, Home Helpers isn't just a job. It's our passion. Our President, Sam Sellers, serves on the Boards of Director for Alzheimer's Arkansas and the Home Care Association of Arkansas. Andy Gibson serves on the Boards of Director for the Arkansas Gerontological Society and the Case Managers Society of America. We provide (for FREE!) Sam's book - Finding Freedom at Home - to families who are exploring home care options. Used by social workers and other trusted advisors across the nation, we're excited to hear how it has helped families in their journey.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

While you are always welcome in our office, most typically, we come to you. Sometimes that's prior to discharge from a hospital or rehab facility, and frequently it is in your home.

The best compliment anyone could give us is that we have made their life easier and empowered them to remain as independent as possible in their home.

I'm a fan of C.S. Lewis and I believe he captured what many families we serve have told us - "Friendship is born at the moment when one person says to another, What, you too? I thought I was the only one." We know how important it is to have complete confidence in a home care provider and welcome the opportunity to show you the Home Helpers' difference.
